TAAM QUBA is a Muslim childcare park that has an integrated educational concept in which there are PG and Kindergarten with focus on the Tahfidz Al Quran program. The problem tahfidz program lies learning process, seen from underdevelopment of methods used management including Planning, Implementation, Organizing role teacher monitoring or evaluating learning. purpose this study to analyze describe planning, implementation, Role Supervisory Teachers Learning Evaluation Tahfiz Lumajang. This research method uses descriptive-qualitative approach through interview, observation, documentation document copying techniques. results concluded that, implementation at Lumajang, strongly driven by policies leadership supported solid team Deputy Head TAAM, administrative staff tutors. carried out using Wahdah, plural Sima'i methods. Supervising teachers have not introduced other students Quran. In its Al-Quran does interfere / take up students' time learn aspects development, reduce academic achievement, hinder activities activities.
